Our Villages

Our villages will be located around South-East Asia, in varying countries and locations. However, while each will enable it’s own community, you can expect the following features in all our locations.

International Airport

We expect our residents will want to be able to travel easily, plus have friends and family able to visit as often as desired. Our villages will be located within an hour’s drive of an international airport, so no local trips will be necessary.

Medical Care

Villages will be located within an hour’s drive from world-class hospitals. Hopefully, our residents will never need it, but rest assured the best care will be easily available if ever required. Medical/doctor checks and nursing and related services will be available within each village.

Hotel Accommodation

Our villages will feature a small number of hotel rooms, again, enabling family and friends to visit with a minimum of fuss. Our rooms will also be open to general travellers, to add a little spice and vitality into the village community.

Your Villa

Your own, personal villa will be a standalone bungalow of approximately 60 square meters (600 square feet) in size. It will be a single bedroom, with en-suite facility, and feature open-plan living and dining areas, as well as a kitchen. A study/nook area will be available. Optional furniture and fittings can be selected from our available range, but you can also have your own furniture and fittings to your specification if you prefer. Some smaller properties may feature duplex villas, but these will be appropriately soundproofed for privacy.

Services

You will be able to select from a full hotel-style suite of services, such as daily maid service, laundry, catering, or choose to do all yourself – or take an a-la-carte selection of services able to be subscribed to on a daily/weekly/monthly arrangement or entirely ad-hoc – absolutely your own choice.

You will also be able to avail yourself of additional services such as physiotherapy, massage, medical checks and more directly within the community.
